Doesn’t protect the outer face of the wrists, lots of slaps and bangs still hurt; Works well as intended on the palm face, the brunt of force usually taken by the brace itself. It fits well to medium on large hands, little bit tighter than expected. Not too elastic, still got wiggle room. | |

Wrist guards is a must if you have week wrists. Previous history of injuries or anything else that makes them vulnerable to injury. They hav saved my wrists countless times. This product is very good, I would highly recommend it. | |
